High-Performance Hardware Solutions

Our high-performance hardware modules can be custom-developed into high-end safety PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) or safety robot controllers. Their dual-channel architecture is implemented through multi-core ARM processors combined with intelligent watchdogs, supporting expandable digital input/output, analog input, and encoder interfaces, while enabling easy integration of various fieldbus protocols. In addition, various operating systems based on virtualization systems can be optionally configured as needed, paired with the PLC runtime environment. The hardware also supports a rich set of interfaces and universal fieldbus communication capabilities (e.g., EtherCAT), further enhancing the comprehensiveness of the product portfolio.



SIL 3 Dual-Channel Architecture
The second channel operates on the second core of a single-core/multi-core processor.
An independent low-cost Intelligent Watchdog (IWD) is responsible for process data synchronization and cross-checking.
Optional external storage eliminates the need for memory testing of internal safety memory, improving performance by approximately 40%.
Optional non-safety controller with an independent core and equipped with independent memory.
Multiple processor options are available to meet different performance and functional requirements.
